Redmond's Explosive Housing Market

I worked a bit more with KingCounty.gov data to come up with my latest dashboard project. 

Starting with 57000 rows, I narrowed it down to a few thousand by looking for sets of unique lat/long combinations. From there, culled it further by looking for properties that had 10 or more transactions in the data. Transactions of $0 were pulled, as was really weird data (like houses that sold 2 - 3 times a day for varying amounts). I was left with 34 properties when I started building this dashboard - about 187 rows of data (down from 57000). Finally, as I was doing a last QA pass on the dashboard, I found one more property with inconsistent data and I pulled it too...leaving me a grand total of 33 properties to explore. 

This dashboard allows the user to click on properties on a map to display basic facts about the property - address, age, lot size, etc. - and its sale history.
